Building the first form is where waiver software usually stalls — an afternoon of dragging boxes onto a PDF. Subulate does that part for you, two ways.

Upload the waiver you already use
Send us the PDF or Word file your business already signs on paper. We keep your wording exactly as written and add the signature, initials, date and checkbox fields in the right places.

Or just describe it
“A sauna waiver with five health questions, initials on the risk section, and a guardian signature for under-18s.” You get a working form to review and edit.
Included on every plan, including free. One thing we will not do: write your liability release for you. Operative legal wording is left for your own attorney and clearly marked — a clause a machine wrote is not a clause you want five hundred customers to have signed.

Questions
What counts as a document?
One completed, signed form. Drafts, abandoned sessions and forms you preview yourself never count.
What happens if I go over?
Nothing stops. Signing keeps working and the extra documents are billed at the per-document rate for your plan. We will tell you when a larger plan would cost you less.
Is my data locked in?
No. Full CSV and PDF export is available on every plan including free, with no time limit and no fee.
Do you charge for API access?
No. Sandbox keys are free on every account; production keys and webhooks come with any paid plan. Documentation is public.
